    Step 1

    用叉戳鸡腿,然后把酸柑汁和盐混合,涂抹在鸡腿上,放置10分钟。Pick chicken pieces all over with a fork. Mix lime juice with salt and rub on to the chicken. Leave aside for 10 minutes.

    Step 2

    把材料B放入电动搅拌器,搅拌成泥状后加入材料C。Place ingredients B in an electric blender. Blitz to blend into a runny paste then mix in ingredients C.

    Step 3

    把糊料涂在鸡腿上,然后装在密封容器里,收入冰箱腌隔夜。Rub the paste onto the chicken and place in an airtight container. Chill in the refrigerator overnight.

    Step 4

    把烤炉预热至180℃,把鸡腿烤约20分钟,间中以油刷鸡腿2次,翻转后再烤10分钟即可。Preheat oven at 180℃ and roast marinated chicken for 20 minutes. Baste twice during roasting and brush with a little oil. Turnover and continue to grill for another 10 minutes.
